CHOOSE YOUR MARKET

Explore our covered states.

11 states

Choose a state to see its covered counties, available listings and sale notices. Coverage is limited to selected counties; some currently offer notices rather than searchable property lists.

Sale types and available details vary by location. Check each county’s coverage and latest update before joining. A tax lien is different from buying a property.

What can I try for free?

Explore retained past auctions across covered states and counties without signing in. Choose your state, then a county. Some counties do not yet have past records available. Create an account and verify your email for a 7-day trial of available listings and research across covered states. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Afterward, keep your saved research and subscribe only if you choose.

Which states and counties are included?

The state directory above shows our current markets. Choose a state to review its counties and update information. Coverage is not statewide: some counties have searchable property lists, while others currently have official sale notices only. Property details, maps and research tools vary with the available sources.

Are all listings the same type of sale?

No. Depending on the location, records may cover tax-deed sales, tax liens, tax foreclosures or state-held inventory. Review the sale type and official instructions for each listing. Buying a lien does not immediately transfer ownership of the property.

Can I bid through Tax Properties?

Bidding takes place through each county’s auction process. The property page provides available bidding instructions and source links. Membership does not register you as a bidder.

How often do listings change?

We check covered county lists weekly. Availability can change between checks, so review the property’s recorded status and check the official auction details before acting. Delayed updates are identified in county coverage information.

What happens to my notes if I cancel?

Your account, saved properties, and private notes remain. Canceling membership stops renewal; it does not delete your research.
