Membership & cancellation

LAND ORIGIN LLC operates the research service at taxproperties.com. Contact info@taxproperties.com for account or billing help.

7-day free trial — no card required

New accounts receive one 7-day trial starting when the account email is verified. The trial unlocks the research membership in currently covered counties. No payment card is required, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. The exact end date appears in your account. When it ends, you return to the past auctions and keep your saved properties and private notes. One signup trial per person; duplicate accounts to repeat a trial are not permitted. Support may grant additional time at its discretion.

If you choose to subscribe during the trial, paid membership starts immediately when payment is confirmed. The trial ends and renewal follows the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout. Complimentary access granted by a manager is separate and can be withdrawn without deleting saved research.

Billing options and existing subscriptions

Available prices and the full charge are shown on the membership page and confirmed at checkout. The new monthly option is $14.99 USD; the annual option is $119.88 USD billed upfront each year ($9.99/month equivalent). These options are offered only once connected to checkout. Existing $9.99 monthly subscriptions keep their rate while active. Canceling an existing subscription does not reserve its old price for a future subscription. Annual subscriptions renew for the full year unless canceled before renewal. The 7-day first-payment refund policy applies to either interval.

What membership includes

Unlock upcoming auctions and browse the listings in our currently covered counties using Map, List, and Calendar. Create named lists, mark Like or Dislike, save properties and private notes, and use the same account across your devices. Exports have no subscription quota. Owner-file preparation, contact-result imports and follow-up tracking are included. Paid skip-tracing orders and mail fulfillment are not connected. Newly added counties are included in the same plan.

Monthly renewal

The subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. Checkout shows the amount before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are entered on its payment page. The seller and card statement name is LAND ORIGIN LLC.

How to cancel

Sign in, open Membership on a computer or Account on mobile, then choose Manage billing. Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next charge. You keep membership access through the end of the paid period. You can view invoices and update your payment method in the same billing page.

If you cannot access billing management, contact us for help. Signing out or closing your browser does not cancel a subscription.

Your saved research

Canceling a membership does not delete your account, saved properties, or private notes. You can still access your previously saved research. Browsing the full catalogue and saving additional properties require an active membership while paid access is enabled.

First-payment refunds and billing support

We will provide a full refund of your first membership payment when you request it within 7 days (168 hours) after payment. Submit your request through Account → Billing help & refund requests, or email info@taxproperties.com from your account email. Include an invoice reference if available. The request time determines whether you meet the 7-day window; processing can take longer.

Renewal-payment refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact us about billing errors, duplicate charges, or other concerns. We will review the circumstances and explain the outcome. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.

A request does not itself cancel your subscription or refund a payment. To stop renewal, use Manage billing. If your first-payment refund is approved, we will cancel the related membership renewal and end paid access when processing the refund; your account, saved properties, and private notes remain. Refunds go back through the original payment method, and the time to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. Never send passwords or full card details.

Research limitations

Information can contain errors or delays. Weekly listing checks do not guarantee current availability, complete coverage, accurate property details, or investment results. Read the Terms & research disclaimer before relying on this service.

Using the research service

Keep your sign-in details private. Sale dates, availability, property details, parcel boundaries, and imagery may change or be incomplete. Check a property's displayed status and verification time before making decisions. A listing is not a promise that a property is available, a valuation, a survey, or a title review.

LAND ORIGIN LLC provides research tools through this service. Property purchases, auction registration, bidding, and auction payments happen separately.
