Tax Properties at taxproperties.com is a property research service operated by LAND ORIGIN LLC. These terms explain what the service provides and its limitations. Read them together with our membership and cancellation information and privacy policy.

Weekly listing updates, not a live auction feed

Automatic listing checks are scheduled once a week. Property records are rechecked no more than daily; some map checks run weekly. New information may arrive between checks. Outages or failed quality checks can delay an update further. A retrieval time shows when information was obtained, not when the underlying record was last changed or independently verified.

“Scheduled” describes the last recorded status; it is not a guarantee that a sale is still open. Dates, bids, cancellations, redemptions, and outcomes may change without appearing here immediately. An old date alone does not confirm a sale. past-auction properties are past auction examples, not upcoming opportunities.

State and sale coverage

Coverage is limited to the states, counties and source lists identified in the service. Tax liens, redeemable tax sales, tax deeds and state-held inventory have different rules and rights. A lien purchase does not itself purchase the property. A published past notice does not confirm an auction outcome. Historical bid amounts in state-held inventory are not current purchase quotes. Review the responsible agency’s current terms and records.

Property and map limitations

• Parcel outlines, pins, acreage, and imagery are approximate research aids, not surveys or proof of legal boundaries, access, or ownership. Some outlines cover a shared development rather than an individual unit.
• Flood summaries are not flood-insurance or engineering determinations. A zone label does not mean a property cannot flood. Review applicable maps and later amendments.
• Wetland maps may be incomplete or out of date. No mapped overlap does not establish that wetlands are absent or that land can be developed. A map summary is not a regulatory wetland delineation.
• Zoning labels do not confirm permitted use, buildability, utilities, permits, or approvals. County and municipal rules may differ.
• Assessed and taxable values are tax figures, not appraisals, sale prices, or predictions of market value. Building records may not reflect current structures, condition, occupancy, or unpermitted work.

No purchase or investment guarantees

We do not guarantee clear or marketable title, the removal of liens, physical condition, legal access, eligibility to build, resale value, rental income, profit, or any investment outcome. We do not inspect properties or provide title searches, surveys, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or insurance advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence and decisions.

We are not a county agency, auctioneer, or seller of the listed properties. A membership buys access to research tools, not a property or a right to bid. Registration, bidding, deposits, purchases, and auction payments occur separately.

Accounts, membership, and acceptable use

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials private. Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person's account or notes, evade access controls or request limits, interfere with the service, or bulk copy and republish the service's compiled catalogue without permission. Public-record rights are not changed by these terms.

Paid memberships renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Current offers are shown on our pricing page; existing subscriptions retain their agreed price unless a change is communicated in advance. See membership and cancellation for access, billing, cancellation, and refund-request details. Canceling a membership does not delete your account, saved properties, or notes.

Availability and responsibility

The service and its information are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, LAND ORIGIN LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. We cannot promise error-free operation or that every county, auction, or property is included.

To the extent permitted by law, LAND ORIGIN LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate or delayed information or from your property, auction, or investment decisions. Nothing here excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

Report a problem or ask for help

Email info@taxproperties.com with the county, case number, and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or payment-card details. We may correct records or temporarily withhold information while a problem is reviewed.
