Research includes upcoming tax-deed auctions in covered counties, available property records and map checks, comparisons, bulk list building, Like / Dislike decisions, owner review, contact-result imports, follow-up dates, private notes, optional weekly emails and unlimited exports. Those features are not being moved into a higher tier.

If you subscribe during your trial, paid access starts immediately. The billing option and full charge are shown before checkout. Membership renews monthly or annually according to your selection until canceled. Annual billing charges the full year upfront. Cancel renewal in Account → Manage billing; access continues through your paid period. Request a full refund of your first membership payment within 7 days (168 hours). No. Tax Properties helps organize research. You bid through the county’s auction process, and your membership does not register you to bid. Records and maps can contain errors or delays. They do not replace a title search, survey or other property-specific due diligence.
